Cough's colds, flu's and congestion happen to us all. Once one person in the family gets it first, then it's total wipe out. Every ones sneezing coughing and sniveling. Have you noticed that it's always at the most inappropriate time. Just before a big exam, a job interview or a serious work deadline. Cough's and colds get in the way of everything and leaves us aching drained and exhausted! I have found some awesome natural solutions using essential oils, that seem to stop every one else in the house from getting infected, and treat the symptoms of snotty nose, aches and pains, coughing and inability to breathe .

Did you know there are an astonishing 34 therapeutic essential oils that  do just that?
