Great scent not sure about scent throw though

This scent is absolutely gorgeous. I am new to candle making so I thought I would experiment with this scent. I have tried it using coconut wax, soy and vegan palm wax and I'm not sure if it is something I am doing but the scent throw is not there. I have tried a few different techniques (even putting more than the recommended percentage) and I'm not getting the results, it is very very subtle according to my experience. If anyone reads this and has recommendations, let me know, as I might be doing something wrong.
